Ok just again back on the prowl.
been sick as hell for a while and not able to get back on program due to inefficient cash.

And Living situation.

Gave up for insanity purposes only.

Ok enough.

Just finished a six days of liquid fast and ultimate fast.
Was not as thorough as could be but on track.

Currently on parasite cleansing 90 days and getting on to kidney cleanse then liver cleanse.

Notes are continue the ultimate fast and the betonite clay physillium matainance program, then kidney cleanse for a a week, before hitting the liver cleanse.

This sucks right now due to lots of reasons but the goal cannot be squandered.

keep on with the Ion cleanse and herbal teas, begin some sprout and keeping it clean.

Work on deppression by associated with less depression. Source is time table, finance and what uneasiness due to ill health undecided with the weekly goal.

This weeks goal is to tighten up the reins a bit.
