The Ion Cleanse® is a wonderful tool to aid in recovery. The treatment is based upon the ability to deepen the body's relaxation response and create the precise amount of osmotic pressure that maximizes the amount of toxins released into the water during each session.

How the IonCleanse^® Works

AC electricity is converted to low power DC electricity which flows through a patented electrode system that sits in the footbath. Putting your feet in a tub of water and relaxing while your feet are in the water, toxins are eliminated out the pores of the feet. Chelation treatment and Ion cleanse® treatments, do great as a compliment to each other. "Elagant Body Health Consultants" mandates- do not have the chelation treatment before the Ion cleanse® treatment. Have your Ion Cleanse® treatment in the morning, and then go to a doctor for the afternoon chelation treatment. While working with the Ion Cleanse®, make sure your supplements are in order, for the Ion Cleanse®, can really deplete the body of minerals and/or vitamins. Be sure to replace the body with minerals, supplements, and lots of water. Having fresh juiced vegetables after the Ion Cleanse® session helps. For some having an Ion Cleanse® and the chelation treatment on the same day is too much. For this reason schedule the chelation treatment the day after the Ion Cleanse® and then wait 3 days until the next Ion Cleanse® session. The reason for waiting 3 days is because the Ion Cleanse® will remove the active ingredients of the chelation treatment. As well it may be a good practice to be aware of the fact that you may have diarrhea after the Ion Cleanse® treatment.

Be aware that when not following directions when using the Ion Cleanse® a person can hurt themselves physically. This happens when the Ion Cleanse® depletes the system of too many essential nutrients. So be sure you have a competent practitioner who knows what they are doing. Used appropriately the Ion Cleanse® is a excellent enhancement to a cleansing and/or treatment program.
