Ultimate fast/SanPharma protocol

When contemplating writing about the Ultimate Fast and SanPharma remedies, I decided to do extra research upon whether or not one should use the Ultimate Fast, as a preliminary cleanse to the SanPharma remedies, and/or whether one would need it or not. My research found the Ultimate Fast to be an excellent preliminary to the SanPharma Protocol.

The reason is that when cleansing first with the Ultimate Fast Cleanse, the body will not have to work as hard to regenerate itself, upon having the new influx of micro-organisms via the SanPharma Protocol.
The Ultimate Cleanse will also give the body an initial flush.
It is easier on the body to cleanse this way in my opinion and it doubles the punch of the cleansing.
To cleanse this way is a very thorough cleansing.
Although there is no information on cleansing this way, this is the best I cleansing treatment I can put together for gut infection related diseases.

The SanPharma Protocol should be done every 2 years.
The SanPharma Protocol is excellent for the whole of the body regeneration process and is used as an anti-aging treatment.
