Alkaline Diet

In order for the body to respond to these treatments, the body's internal system must take on the alkaline diet.

The goal of the alkaline diet is to bring the ph balance of the body up or down to a 7.0 ph balance. Some people have a higher ph than 7.0 ph balance, so we bring the ph balance down. Others have a lower ph than 7.0 ph balance, so we bring the balance down..

The best way to achieve a 7.0 ph balance is by cleansing the system. This is done by (I say it again) by the removal of heavy metals, the cleansing of parasites and toxic buildup, and the cleansing of candida, yeast syndrome, and the repair of gut wall infection.

While incorporating these treatments into our life, we begin the alkaline base diet. Our goal is a healthy alkaline level of 7.0 ph balance.

The reason for the 7.0 ph balance is because disease has a difficult time living in the optimal health function ph balance of 7.0 ph.

Facts of Acidity

Optimal health occurs in a slightly alkaline environment. Alkalinity is so important in blood that the body has powerful mechanisms to maintain pH between 7.25 and 7.65. If this mechanism fails death ensues in short order. The sources of acidity are: chronic infection (usually hidden - commonly gut wall infection and/or cavitations) and diet.

All infections produce acidity due to the waste products of micro-organisms. Anyone who cannot make themselves alkaline by diet alone is suspect of having a hidden infection.

Be patient with yourself when beginning the acid/alkaline diet. It takes time to become accustomed to the diet as well as to implement. I am content in my eating habits after being on the diet approximately 3 and 1/2 years.
