Acidity Self-Test

Here is an Acidity Self -Test:

If you have any number of these symptoms, you can surmise that you are in need of the alkaline diet..
I have tried many different routes in my recovery.

My acidic levels were so high that the treatments I did to set right my alkaline levels, were to no avail. No matter how good of an alkaline diet I was still acidic. But I would feel better eating an alkaline diet than I would if I went off the diet.
It was not until I removed the mercury/amalgams in my mouth, completed chelation treatments, and began healing the gut, that I was really able to feel and to see the change in my system.

Here is the acidity self-test: Print this out and check your answers, the more times you say yes, the higher your acidic balance. This means you need to start the alkaline diet asap.
