People have so many opinions.
I have suggested here some links to visit for information on the subject.
The best suggestion I can make for anyone trying to learn about protein, is to look for information on the internet and/or to buy a book. I have listed a few on my blog.
Measure your protein daily to get a knack for protein combinations.
You will then begin to understand how much protein there is in the foods that you are eating.
Buying a book will help you to understand the ways of the protein breakdown. But you have to use it.
As with any system; eating has its own system.
Become friends with your food intake, and work at it. This will pay off in due time.
After a while, you will become in tune with what you are eating. The protein amounts in each of the different foods will become familiar to you.
You won't fear anymore, what you don’t know.
